The AC Plus Field Module lets your officers use a mini version of AC Plus in the field without having to be connected to your network or the Internet. Using this special scaled-down version of the software, ACOs can:
Employee and volunteer management
- Clock in and out
- Find/view animals and related information
- Receive new animals (new shelter intake, return or impound, and multiple animals, i.e., litters)
- Pick up animals and return them to their owners
- Add animal defaults (breeds, coat types, et al.)
- Find/view issued animals licenses and permits
- Take lost and found reports and enter new lost and found animals
- View and close current notifications
- Find/view people and related information including your Do Not Adopt (DNA) and Questionable Pet Owners (QPO) lists
- Create new person-to-animal and person-to-person associations
- Add new people and related info: addresses, phone numbers, e-mails, IDs, and aliases/AKAs
- Create and update dispatches/calls and associated actions and resolutions
- Create and issue enforcements
- Create and update cases and related info: animals, people, violations and enforcements, statements, et al.
- Fill out and print shelter forms
- Perform requirements checks for permits and licenses
- Run basic reports (shelter contact information, kennel occupancy, calls/dispatch, cases, enforcements, people, address history, DNA/QPO)
The data in the master computer and laptops are synchronized based on rules you set up (i.e., if a record has been deleted in the master computer but updated in the laptop, the rules you set up determine whether the master or laptop data takes precedence).
